The Central Staffing Unit at Frösunda Personal Assistance is now looking for engaged and service-oriented coordinators who want to work with us this summer.

As a staffing coordinator, you will primarily be responsible for ensuring emergency staffing in the event of absence within personal assistance. The role is central to our operations and involves many contacts – both internally and externally. The unit is also responsible for the company's central switchboard, which means you will work with both telephone and computer as your main tools. The pace can change quickly, and we place great importance on a high level of service, quality, and professionalism.

  • Crisis management (outside office hours)

  • Documentation

  • Collaborate with other functions and roles within the company

  • Office management

• Very good Swedish and good English

• Good social skills and ability to communicate clearly in speech and writing

• Experience in customer service, service, or staffing via telephone

• Good computer skills

• Experience from healthcare, care, or assistance services is an advantage

The working hours are scheduled over all hours of the day, both weekdays and weekends. Day, evening, and on-call work during the night.

• Employment type: Summer substitute, hourly employee.

• Scope: Part-time/full-time as agreed.

• Start date: Summer 2026, training will take place in the spring of 2026. Opportunity to work as a substitute immediately after training.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement.
